Hi, I'm Liv.

I’m the owner and photographer behind Lovelyn Life Photography.

I specialize in natural light portrait photography with an emphasis on images that feel polished, effortless, and true to the people in them. My approach is relaxed and intentional, creating photographs that feel elevated without feeling overly posed.

Outside of photography, I teach marketing after earning my master’s degree from Iowa State University and create content for Our Lovelyn Story. I’m also a mom to Lovelyn, who is a big part of what first inspired my love for documenting the people and moments that matter.

I love to travel and am always drawn to beautiful places, new experiences, and a change of scenery. While I’m based in Iowa, my work doesn’t have to be. I’m available for portrait sessions, events, and select projects wherever they may take me.
